After payment confirmation, the order will be processed within 3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the location and shipping method selected at the time of purchase.

The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout before order completion.

3. Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the delivery information. If the order is returned due to incorrect information, there may be a new shipping cost.
