Refund Policy — TARG WEAR

TARG WEAR strives to guarantee transparency and security in all stages of the purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may request cancellation of the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, provided that the item is intact and shows no signs of use.

2. Conditions for Refund

The product must:

Be unused

With original tag

In original packaging

Without damage or alterations

After receiving and analyzing the product, the refund will be processed.

3. Refund Method

The amount will be refunded according to the payment method used:

Credit card: refund to the invoice

Pix or boleto: refund via bank transfer

The timeframe may vary depending on the financial institution.

4. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us immediately upon receipt. The item will undergo review before the refund is approved.

5. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for products showing signs of use or that are past their expiration date.
