At TARG WEAR, we value customer satisfaction and the quality of each item.
If an exchange is necessary, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code.
2. Exchange Conditions
The product must:
Be intact
Show no signs of use
With the original tag attached
In the original packaging
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To begin the process, send an email to our team informing us of:
Order number
Full name
Reason for exchange
Photos of the product (when requested)
Our team will reply with shipping instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges may vary depending on the reason for the request. Information will be provided during the service process.
5. Processing Time
After receiving and analyzing the item, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
6. Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the request must be made immediately upon receipt.
